  1. Quake Name Editor "The Software" is copyrighted software
  2. owned by Josh Straub. It is neither public domain nor
  3. freeware. You may not modify it and distribute it as
  4. your own. You may distribute it in its unmodified,
  5. shareware form to as many people as you like for no
  6. charge. You may charge the users recieving the software
  7. a "transferring fee". Under no circumstances except with
  8. explicit permission by the author shall you distribute
  9. your or other persons Registration Key to Quake Name
  10. Editor. When distributed to over 10 other users
  11. the author would appreciate notification but this is not
  12. mandatory. The author releases himself from all liability
  13. for what the software may do to your computer, despite
  14. the fact that it has been thouroughly tested.
